Amy Stewart, M.Ed. serves as an Executive Recruiter with MedBest. She excels in her role due to her exceptional blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and industry expertise. Amy has a background in psychology which helps her understand human behavior and motivation. Her knowledge of the brain and insight on why people behave in a certain manner only enhances her role as an Executive Recruiter. Plus, due to her extensive background in research, she is accustomed to leaving no stone unturned.
Amy shows her sense of humor and love of life to all those who work with her! She is a team player and has everyone’s best interest in mind. Her past career experience as a Special Education teacher has taught her patience, persistence, and understanding, and if things don’t work out the first time, she will not give up.
Amy began her career at MedBest in 2018 as a Researcher and was promoted in 2019 to Executive Recruiter. As an Executive Recruiter, Amy has been one of MedBest’s top performers during her tenure, demonstrating her commitment and success as an executive recruiter.
Amy loves spending time with her family, friends, and cats. She enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, and ultimate frisbee. When Amy is on PTO, she will be found traveling or camping.
Amy earned two degrees from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology (2010) with a concentration in Social Sciences, and a Master’s in Education (2012) with concentration in Special Education
Amy’s number one hobby is ultimate Frisbee which she plays competitively on a club team. She travels all around for tournaments. She counteracts her time playing ultimate Frisbee with yoga practice. She has been working part time at a yoga studio and learning a great deal about the various practices of yoga. In addition to yoga, she makes time to meditate daily in order to keep herself strong, focused, happy, and healthy. She also enjoys spending time with her three cats.
