Christina also works with candidates who are looking for the next step in their career by trying to find an opportunity that closely matches their skills and experiences, as well as their needs and wants.

Christina brings over 30 years of experience working in the senior care industry as a leader and operator and as a result, brings a wealth of knowledge about the Senior Living Industry. She began working in an Assisted Living Facility when she was just 19 years old and has remained connected to the industry ever since. The bulk of her career has been spent as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Florida.  She has also worked as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and dedicated Memory Care communities. In addition, Christina has experience with retirement communities that include all levels of care, including Independent Living.  Prior to her leadership positions, she worked in Marketing and Admissions for two different Skilled Nursing Facilities.

During the course of her 30 year career, Christina previously worked for MedBest for 6 years as a recruiter before returning to nursing home and assisted living operations.

All her past work experiences have given her invaluable insights as a recruiter. Christina is able to capitalize on the knowledge gained from her operations career and apply it to matching candidates with clients. She’s intimacalltoy aware of the challenges they face, and also recognizes the rewards that come from this admirable profession.

Christina is an effective communicator, has a personable demeanor, and is a skilled interviewer who knows and understands the language of long-term care.  She is very comfortable recruiting for all positions, but particularly Administrators and Executive Directors.

Through her years in the senior care industry, Christina has developed a passion for serving our military veterans.  She’s proud to have championed a number of programs and dedications to honor our resident veterans.  Additionally, she has had the pleasure of working with and caring for residents with memory impairments. She has received formal training on several different memory care programming models and is proud to be a formally trained Alzheimer’s Support Group Facilitator and has been instrumental in many fundraisers for the organization.
