Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing to work with the current DON in maintaining excellent

customer service ratings.  ADON will assist with infection control and onboarding of

new hired nurses.

This is a not-for-profit faith based organization located near Berlin, New Hampshire.  All staff and residents are treated with dignity and good care. This Nursing Home is well respected in our community therefore, they have a waiting list of residents wanting to move in.

-1 – 2 years of supervisory experience in a nursing home setting is preferred
