Chief Operating Officer Brokerage Firm Specializing in Commercial Properties in Senior Housing, New York

Based in New York State, our confidential client is a comprehensive brokerage firm specializing in premier commercial real estate properties, including senior housing, for sale or lease since 1983.  Their team of brokers needs a COO for their start up property in the Southeast.

The ideal candidate will present with:

• Prior COO experience in Senior Living communities
• Ability to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions
• Expertise to be the second in the chain of command
• Strong skills in the areas of communication, leadership and employee relations

 Requirements:

In addition to the credentials/experience described above, candidates will be evaluated as follows:

• Stable work history
• Polished professional
• Ability to travel
