MedBest Promotions: Ashlee Rogers

MedBest Senior Care Recruiting, Executive Search Firm exclusive to the Senior Living Industry, is pleased to announce that Ashlee Rogers has been promoted to Executive Search Project Coordinator.

Ms. Rogers will focus on intense research to find qualified, dynamic C-Suite and Executive Level passive candidates as well as locate hard to fill positions. She will also be responsible for training Researchers on sourcing mid-level management talent and developing policies to maintain and improve the Research Department.

Ms. Rogers began her career with MedBest as a Junior Researcher in 2017.  According to Neidy Blanton, Director of Research & Human Resources, “Ashlee has been a great resource and valued team member. Her ability to find executives for C-Suite and even specialized searches has wowed everyone at MedBest.”

What also “wowed” everyone at MedBest is the fact that Ms. Rogers miraculously recovered from a near-fatal car crash in July 2018.  Her ‘never give up or give in’ spirit helped her to power through tremendous pain and physical therapy.

Ms. Rogers holds a BA in Physical Education, Teaching and Coaching with a Psychology Minor from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida. Prior to joining MedBest, Ms. Rogers worked in the hospitality industry.
